“No-one experiences your life as you do; yours is a totally unique story of experiences and feelings” John O’Donoghue
In my practice as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, it is of central importance to me that I provide you a safe space in which you can explore your unique life experiences without judgement.
I believe that every individual has the ability within themselves to find ways of improving their lives.
It is my role to work collaboratively with you, to support understanding the patterns of relating towards yourself and others, that are causing undue distress and together we can explore new ways of being.
To achieve this, I use a combination of talking therapy and experiential body work.

Through the collaborative therapy relationship, I can offer you a confidential and safe space to explore your unique challenges at a pace that suits you.
No-one experiences your life as you do; yours is a totally unique story of experiences and feelings.
Therapy is a mutual conversation through which a new reality may be born.
Each individual has their own unique experiences that bring them to counselling, from what has happened, or what is happening that is causing them unnecessary distress.
