“No-one experiences your life as you do; yours is a totally unique story of experiences and feelings” John O’Donoghue

In my practice as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, it is of central importance to me that I provide you a safe space in which you can explore your unique life experiences without judgement.

I believe that every individual has the ability within themselves to find ways of improving their lives.

It is my role to work collaboratively with you, to support understanding the patterns of relating towards yourself and others, that are causing undue distress and together we can explore new ways of being.

To achieve this, I use a combination of talking therapy and experiential body work.
